1. Provide a Framework for Discipleship Based in Real Relationships: Inspired by the relationships Jesus had with His apostles and disciples, we aim to imitate Jesus in building a framework for our discipleship efforts that emphasizes genuine connections over mere programming efforts. This approach will help us grow the Church by attraction, fostering a community that is welcoming and spiritually enriching.

2. Develop the “Real Relationship” Guide: We will create a comprehensive written resource that outlines practical steps and guidelines for building and nurturing real relationships within our local Church and communities. This resource will be invaluable for parish leaders and members alike.

3. Complete a General Parish Needs Assessment: To better understand the unique needs of parishes, we will conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify common themes and areas where additional support is needed, allowing us to tailor our resources and programs effectively.

4. Develop and Share the “Great Commission Academy”: Our flagship initiative for 2025, the Great Commission Academy, will be a curriculum designed for parish leaders but accessible to anyone interested in fostering relationships within their parishes. The Academy will provide practical tools and strategies for building connections, identifying the people God has placed in our lives, and taking actionable steps to live out our faith in everyday interactions.
